About the Role

JP Roofing is seeking motivated and energetic individuals for our 2026 Summer Sales Internship. This hands-on program is designed for students and aspiring professionals interested in gaining real-world sales experience in the roofing and construction industry.

Interns will learn how to generate leads, communicate with homeowners, and assist in closing deals while working alongside experienced sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct neighborhood canvassing and generate new leads

• Engage with homeowners to identify roofing needs

• Schedule appointments for senior sales representatives

• Assist with sales presentations and customer follow-ups

• Track leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

• Represent JP Roofing in a professional and positive manner

 Qualifications

• High School Graduate. Enrolled in college (preferred but not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Reliable transportation is a plus

• Outgoing and confident personality

• Resilient and comfortable with rejection

• Interested in business, sales, or entrepreneurship
